Jab Gear Hand Wraps Review
Переглядів 1 тис.7 років тому
This review is on Jab Gear's 180 inch by two inch wide Mexican Style Hand Wraps. They're semi elastic hand wraps made of a blend of cotton and spandex which contour around your hands very well. What I really liked about the wraps is that they are not as thick as other brands, which tend to bulk up between your fingers. Thanks to everyone at Jab Gear for sending these awesome hand wraps. You can...
DIY - Jab Ball

How to make a "Jab Ball" like the one used by Vasyl Lomachenko. You can get the pet tennis ball at Target and the round elastic cord through Amazon. I used the 1/16 of an inch, round elastic cord. Not the 1/8 of inch as I mention by error on the video.

DIY Suspension Trainer
Переглядів 3,5 тис.9 років тому
This is a DIY video on the easiest and inexpensive way to make a Suspension Trainer. For the main strap I used a Gold's Gym stretching strap and a pair of Perfect Fitness band handles that came with the door anchor attachment. I purchased both items a while back at WalMart. They were on sale and I paid under $16. You can quickly take the suspension trainer apart and use the stretching strap and...

How To Hit The Heavy Bag (Pro Mex)
Переглядів 4,9 тис.10 років тому
I shot this video a few years ago and I want to share with you on how we Mexicans train on the heavy bag. Pay close attention to how Cesar controls the distance between him and the heavy bag by throwing long straight punches, then uses shorter combinations as the distance is shorten. All while constantly bobbing, weaving and moving in all directions. He then combines his punches by snapping the...

I've been using the fighting pro training gloves for about 12 years, and i like them. They obviously aren't as good as the winning, passing wise, but I've never had a problem with them. The lining finally gave way in the right glove, so I'm going to get a new pair, but other than that, they are still great. They don't smell lol...
That’s great. I now have a few more gloves in my collection but still a fan of Winning 👍🏼
@@TrustDog winning are really good gloves, but I do Muay Thai for fun and have no desire to fight so I can't justify the cost of winnings.
Which size Double End Bag is better for what purposes, 6", 7" or 9", and which brand do you think is better, Title, Cleto Reyes, Everlast or Ringside?
Hi, I prefer smaller bags anything from 5-7 inches in diameter. The more expensive brands like Reyes use softer leather which is nice but as far functionality it really doesn’t make a difference. It’s up to you how much you’re willing to spend. Hope I answered your question.
Fighting certified pro or title pro fight 3.0??
I don’t know. Currently using new pair of Winnings, and No Boxing No Life.
Yes!! Thank you! I’m looking for a easy way to install a double ended speed bag! It’s for my husband’s birthday but neither of us are very handy so this helps so much.
I’m happy to hear my video was helpful to you. Happy birthday to your husband 👍🏼
💯🥊🥊
Great video
I remember making one of these in 9th grade but instead of a hat it was a headband 😆
Nice side by side video review. Thank you for posting this.
Nice video… Thanks
Right on! Thanks for the info!
useful bro.💫
Where can i find that elastic rope that is used here for the bag? Please let me know. Thanks
Hey Mario, the rope is not elastic. You can use any type of rope. Just now that some ropes will stretch depending on the material they’re made of. Try The Home Depot 👍🏼
You only used 1 bungee?
Way too tight
Can you do a tutorial on the knot im looking up hangman's knot but i dont see how it will work with this
Thanks for the tips.
You’re welcome!
Great vid
Thank you!

Молодец)
Winning gloves ARE real leather you moron!!
niiiiiiiceee !!! thank you :D
No demo????
I have another video were I do demonstrate 👍🏼
So whats the top sling for? Thats the part i couldnt understand. Or was it used just because you didnt have enough bungee length?
The top is a non elastic paracord. It’s to stabilize the bouncing up and down of the ball after striking it. 👍🏼
What size (length and diameter) eye hook screw did you use for the ceiling?
Can’t remember but don’t overthink it. Just find one the fits the carabiner and that’s about 1-1/2 to 2 inch long. 👍🏼
Nice I put three double end bags together last year. Similar 💡
Cool 👍🏼 You should make a video and tag me 👊🏼
Where can i find the bungee at second 0:25
Amazon just look up strap with “D” link or loop straps 👍🏼
Hey Dog, I saw your older video of hanging a professional double end bag. I really liked that method more as it seemed to be not as loose. What happened? You don’t use that anymore? Or did it not work out as good as you thought after using it for awhile?
What happened is that I moved. So this is my setup for now. I can’t make any holes on the garage floor because I’m renting but the other setup was better 👍🏼
@@TrustDog okay... got it. I had an old peanut style double end bag in my garage, but the bottom bladder kept going flat. I’m planning on buying a new cleto Reyes bag and install it like your original video. I appreciate the videos. They give me a lot of ideas and help I would not have thought of. Keep up the great videos. I just subscribed to you. Thanks again.
@@thomasaguilar2557 Sounds good. Thanks for the support bro 👍🏼
This is the video I've been looking for, thank you so much.
Glad to hear that you found what you were looking for 👍🏼
Very nice. Thank you
I have winning (white navy) bought from America Ya and they look and feel like synthetic leather. Cleto reyes craftsmanship is also great. Fighting sucks. Sabas is better.
Rayes boxing bags are overpriced
They are a bit pricey because they’re imported from Mexico but the stitching and craftsmanship makes it all worth it. They outlast the competition 👍🏼

Great info. Trying to install a double end bag here at my new house. Thanks
Cool hope you enjoy it 👍🏼
Do you prefer with or without the swivels like in the other video?
They both work about the same. The swivels don’t really turn or spin much but I do think that they prevent the rope and bungee cord from tearing too fast.
Thanks!
I have my phone connected to a speaker and when your dog barked it sounded real and I shit a brick🥴😂😂
I almost shit in my pants laughing 😂
buddy are you drunk winning are 100% best leather
Can you give me the link for the strap you used for the ceiling ?? My garage is old as well and beams look about same size . Would love to get the same one

😳 old man? Who me? You haven’t seen nothing yet. Age is just a number 😬👊🏼
@@TrustDog Sure, just kidding :) Good job, greetings from Poland.
@@marcinjarzyna4252 Poland 🇵🇱 wow! Thanks for taking your time to watch. I hope you guys are doing well with all this C19. Wish you all the best! 🙏🏻
My ceiling is only 8 ft hight so IAM thinking I have to do several nuts on bungie cord to adjust it like yours? I also have the same water bag as yours. IAM getting an 8ft rail to mount a 100lbs 6ft bag for boxing and muay thai, a water bag like yours and the double end bag.... Don't know if I should put the double end bag on the rail though since I won't be able to slide it with out unhooking bottom bungie cord? My son wrestles so we use garage to do wrestling drills too that's why IAM getting a rail so I can slide bags out of the way
Yeah for the doubles end bag adjust the top rope first so that you will get the bag to the right height then adjust the bungee at the bottom. Sounds like you got your garage gym all planned out. Make a video when you are done and tag me 👍🏼
Ok thank you
the transitions hit me to hard
😂 lol!
Thanks!!
You’re welcome 👍🏼
Hey, this looks like a modified version of your sharpshooter ball. Where did you buy the elastic cords?
I got the yellow bungee cord from Amazon.
@@TrustDog thank you. 1/8” is good?
@@believeinfidelity I think so. I don’t remember what I got. 1/8 or 3/16 but it should be good.
